Fiona has over 15 years of PR and communications experience gained from agencies and in-house, predominantly in the food, drink and lifestyle arenas. Fiona loves the creative process, understanding the business, finding the story to tell and then mapping the route to get that story told in a way that genuinely resonates with clients and in the hearts and minds of relevant audiences.
Fiona has worked across UK-centric and international campaigns for numerous clients, from big budget brands and generics to smaller boutique businesses. These have included: Peroni, Moët & Chandon, Parmigiano-Reggiano consortium, Diageo brands, Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne, Bernard Magrez Wines, Hardy's wine portfolio, Flint Wines, Virgin Wines, Wines of the South of France, casual dining chains Carluccio's, Côte Brasserie, Café Rouge, Michelin-starred restaurants and chefs as well as valuable retail experience with Aldi, M&S and ASDA.
Fiona lived and worked in Paris for several years so it goes without saying that she loves food, drink, travel and, of course, cooking. While her guilty pleasures are a regular dose of Nordic Noir and a gentle obsession with all things Scandinavian, her time in France means she talks from experience when working with (and collecting) wine and complaining about below par croissants. She is always on the hunt for obscure places to do half marathons and *the* perfect cup of coffee.
Originally from Paris, Alexandra moved to London a decade ago to pursue a career in PR. Her experience spans across the food, drinks, luxury and lifestyle sectors. She really enjoys fully exploring and understanding a brand’s story before launching creative campaigns, as she believes this ensures the most authentic and high impact approach.
She has a soft spot for drinks and has passed her WSET advanced in 2015. She has lead UK and international PR and social campaigns for a vast array of wine and spirits brands, these have included generic wine bodies (Beaujolais, Roussillon, Côtes du Rhône) and stand-alone wine brands such as Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne or Producteurs Plaimont. She has also implemented PR programmes for leading drinks groups such as Chivas Brothers and Beam Suntory.
She knows the UK and French media landscape inside out and has stellar relationships with writers and bloggers across trade, travel retail, consumer and national titles. When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring the newest cocktail bars in Paris and London or the latest immersive experiences.
Having grown up around art and architecture, Zoë is a creative thinker with a strong visual aesthetic. A true European Brit, she has spent time living in Italy and France, and is fluent in both languages. With experience collaborating on international cultural projects and events, she has worked in the press and editorial offices of the Venice Biennale, Royal Institute of British Architects and design PR agency Caro Communications, to name a few.
Recent projects include the co-curation of an exhibition at the Sir John Soane’s Museum for the London Design Festival, and work on a show on the fashion photographer Erik Madigan Heck at Sotheby’s, where her flair for art, luxury and design, and little black book of contacts were proven invaluable.
When out of office, Zoë enjoys abstract painting, hunting out vintage finds in Portobello market, and trying out new recipes that she tears obsessively out of newspapers and magazines. During summer holidays you can find her in the Tuscan hills sipping Chianti and enjoying a homemade carbonara among friends.

When she isn’t talking about wine, you will most likely find her tasting it. Wine and food are her twin passions, so there’s nothing she enjoys more than roaming London’s wine bars and restaurants – on the hunt for her latest favourite. The only thing she enjoys more than a good wine is travelling and she jumps on a plane as often as she can to discover further countries, cuisines and cultures. And, whenever life allows, she goes back to either France or Tahiti, two places she is lucky enough to call home. She spends what’s left of her time running, playing tennis or practising her sun salutation.
Thierry is a French wine professional who moved from Paris to London, seizing the opportunity to pursue his passion for wine. Thierry has thrown himself into the London wine scene, quickly achieving all 3 WSET certifications and relishing the huge array of wine tastings on offer in the city.
When he is not consulting for top wine retailers and suppliers, Bottle Apostle/Flint Wines etc., or writing copy for PR purposes, Thierry advises French companies on governance strategy and legal project management. Thierry was brought up not far from the French wine region, Cahors, and will passionately argue that French Malbec is far superior to Argentinian! He spends every spare moment discovering new wines.
